The chair arrived damaged from the manufacturer. Two of the screws holding the leg base to the bottom of the chair were stripped out and laying in the box. I had to purchase new screws to repair the chair. Luckily only the screws were damaged from being cross threaded. The manufacturer really needs to pay attention to QC.
