This is a beast to assemble. However, all parts were there. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. We broke a couple of places. Everything went well in the end and this is a great bed, with fantastic space saving capabilities. I was concerned with her climbing up and down no issues at all.
