Buyers beware, the delivery selections are not valid during C/19
The couch is beautiful, but buyers beware that despite the fact that delivery options are offered at check/out, has stoped their drivers from dropping this item inside your entryway (let alone room). So you will have to manage on your own. I had no idea this was going to be the case as the app allowed me to select a time for delivery and a delivery option. Apparently (after almost an hour with customer service) it is a system error. Only buy this if you have somebody to help you carry it into the and dispose of the packaging which is huge! What a nightmare we had today. The couch is nice, just horrible service from with the delivery
