ETA: The customer service team was extremely responsive to my original review below and sent me a replacement watch winder within a week or two. It arrived in excellent condition, with proper packaging and no blemishes, etc. They have since checked in with me to make sure I am happy with the product in terms of aesthetics and function. I am now a happy customer! I have had my watch in there for several weeks and it has kept time as appropriate.

I opened the product today and it is working well and very quiet. However, I was disappointed to see that the beautiful exterior was covered in dust that I had to wipe off (the white styro-wrap paper seemed to have been taped up haphazardly which makes me think this was a returned product maybe?). Further more, the pillow that the watch is strapped to was dirty with a black scuff mark on it. For $90, I expect to get a brand new product, not a used/returned product. This was supposed to be a bday gift for my husband.
