Read my review on the site for the matching bench. Shame on you Furniture, this stuff is packed by someone and that someone (in Vietnam) doesnt care, just pack the box ship it. One of the reasons I chose was because I thought they had a good reputation. Right now Im waiting for 1 chair back to be replaced, which comes from Ashley.
So you take a chance when you order these, good luck have lots of patience.
Update: Received the chair back from Ashley, it is in perfect shape. Now as of February everything is put together correctly, I do like the set lots. ez to install!
