I liked how sturdy the bed frame is and thise built in ladder with an opening to climb into the bed. It looks great in the bedroom but it was not a pleasant assembly process. The instructions are clear but some of the screws were difficult to line up with the holes inside the poles. Putting in the 14 metal slats into place was the hardest part! I literally had to apply all my weight to get the slats to pop into place. Needless to say assembly took 2.5 hours with me and my daughter. Lots of sweat and sore fingers from the allen key tool. Be patient with assembling this bed but the overall product looks great! I would have given it 5 stars is some of the screws and the slats didnt give me such a hard time.
