It Feels solid and looks adorable in person. Did arrive with a few dings (probably just from shipping) but a call to customer service (with no wait time) prompted an almost immediate email to gather info for touchup paint.
Bed feels solid, especially for a bunk/loft!
My ten year old has several inches of clearance to walk underneath!
