I did not like the chair (personal preference) for the room that I bought it for. I want to return this and it was approved for a refund but they will not issue me a return label. I have been asking for 3 days and I keep getting a automated response, Take pictures, whats the problem ext. This customer service is a joke. needs to hold sellers accountable. The chair is cheaply made. I just dont care for it and its very uncomfortable. Its not for everyday use. Maybe in a office or could be used in a bedroom for a coat rack. Dont waste your money
