My room is 11x154. This chair takes up very little space as I have two beds and a TV stand in the room already. The chair is extremely light weight. And assembly is a piece of cake. I had my two year old do it because I bought this chair to relax, not work (JK). Still, very easy set up. No instructions necessary.
I am 411. 135 pounds. I can lay supine while the chair is reclined and still be completely on it, no feet hanging over the edge. If youre taller than me, your feet may hang off. This doesnt take away from it being a comfortable seat.
The massage is vibrations near your lower back. Eight different settings, 15 or 30 min timer, intensity control is there.
Maybe buy a cover for it if youd like it to stay clean and nice.
The only con I can think of right now is if you want to get work done, dont sit in it because you may fall asleep.
