good product but wrong firm chosen to transport the chair. See below
The chair is comfortable and beautiful. Rough handling by the shipper is evident resulting in a large hole in the box and lots of tape to offset the damage to the box. The hole in the box resulted in a torn area on top of the backrest. The tear is one inch long and 1/16th of an inch wide so that it could be patched with transparent patching material which I ask to be sent to me rather than to send the chair back. I have photos but need a cell phone number to send the photos to.
