Five stars for their excellent customer service. I did have a couple issues with my order, but the customer service team was quick to respond to my messages and promptly made the situation right. And my daughter loves her new bunk bed. The only difficulty I had during assembly was the slats, but I found that when I put a tiny bit of masking tape around the ends of the slats, it allowed them to fit tighter in the slots and didn't pop out when aligning the rest of the slats to their intended slots.
