Much higher quality than I expected for the price. This is made of REAL WOOD and is well constructed, easy to assemble and is solid. This is something that will last- which, honestly, I didn't expect for the price. The other bonus is that you don't need to have a box spring- we purchased a 12 or 14 mattress and it sits at the perfect bed height (in my opinion).
