Look Great Reasonably Priced Was super happy this item arrived before delivery time. Comes in one large box so make sure you have extra hands or a dolly if you are picking up this item. I love everything about this chaise. The seat is firm but I prefer it. I am 54 so its perfect to lounge on for me. The only reason I took off one star is because of installation. Its pretty easy to put together but the step that requires screwing in the seat back was a bit mote difficult because of the hole alignment. Overall though I am a fan!
