My son really likes his bed....the assembly instruction could have been a little more explicit but we managed! We had an issue with a damaged headboard on delivery (shipping company damaged, not sellers fault). The seller was extremely helpful and returned every message reply promptly and was easy to work with. We received a replacement headboard promptly and seller followed thru all the way ! Definitely good value for the money !! Just as Expected
