Value for money.Shipping was fast, received within 10 days of ordering. I put it together on my own and while a little labor intensive, I had few problems. Instructions were easy to follow. Once I noticed that one of the side supports was damaged, I called the customer service team and they were very helpful in sending me a replacement. The wood slats did not have a way for me to secure them to the frame, which was concerning at first. However, I have not experienced any issues with the slats shifting. The frame feels solid, though the headboard piece wobbles when the bed is moved. In fairness, this could be because of how I assembled, but it does make me a little nervous. The frame has a new, freshly unpackaged factory smell that is slowly going away after a month of being put together, but was very strong for the first two weeks. Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with the product and with the customer service team.
