Extremely poor packing. There is no packing in the (very large) box to protect the loveseat. The box was gouged in shipping, which meant that the loveseat was also gouged. It was pretty, otherwise. Stitching and other details werent high end, but neither was the price. Just know that your couch will not be protected in shipping, and theres a good chance youll have to go through the hassle of returning it.
