We have had this bed for a few weeks and we are pleased with the quality. Assembly was also easy. The only minor issue we had was on. Set of bolt holes that did not align. This was very easily remedied with a wood screw.
The first bed we received was damaged in shipping. This was frustrating, but these things happen. I was incredibly impressed with the prompt, thorough and more than fair treatment we received from Cymax. They have been first class. I will look to them first if I have future furniture needs, knowing I will get amazing customer service. Customer support from this company was exceptional.
