Cons: Some parts came damaged. Super squeaky when you move around in your seat. Armrests wiggle no matter what you do. lumbar could be better. If you have a desk that is shorter than the standard height this chair is not for you. Pros: Price aint bad, overall pretty freaking cute. Love that it lays all the way back and has the foot rest as well. Kind of disappointed in this purchase
