There was a hiccup with a few places that had screw insertsthey just pushed thru the wood. Very disappointed that after contacting the company about this faulty part, they asked me to submit the problem online and then they stopped responding. I purchases 2 of these beds and anything to do with this certain part did not work as designed. I was able to make it work, but ruined the wood. Thankfully that part is against the wall and not visable. If they would correct this issue this bed would be a great buy.
