This bed arrived and was extremely well packed. The bed was enembeled in about 1 hr and 30 min. Instructions were easy to understand. I was even empressed that any time u needed a screw and extra one was provided. The bed looks very high quality and the padding on the storage ottoman soft and well padded. I was very pleased with the overlook of quality. It is a bargain for the price. my kids love it
