Bought this chair in December for my grandsons upcoming first birthday in January. Put the chair together a week before and had an issue with the parts fitting correctly. As promised, I sent the chair back for a free replacement which came quickly and went together beautifully. Even though my grandson is only one, this chair sets low enough (rated for 6-10) that he can easily slide into with adult supervision, of course.
