The chair is great, I love the color and the style. The waist massager feels good and works well except for the plug from the remote to the operator box, its too lose and often comes apart when you pick up the remote to turn on the chair. Also, I leaned back in the chair and I fell backwards and the front of the chair lifted off the ground. I learned that if the chair pegs on the bottom of the chair are taken off and the chair is flat on the ground it will not all the fall backwards.More sturdy than expected.
DONT LEAN TOO FAR BACK IF YOUR USING THE LEGS
