I received my stools and they were easy to assemble and very sturdy and complimented my granite island perfectly. I understand some found that the stools did not line up, but I noticed that was only if you did not follow directions. A leg in A slot, B leg in B slot, etc. I put 3 stools together quickly and it was best decision to buy ever! looks beautiful in my entryway
