I originally ordered three of these bar stools. Two of them arrived fine and we assembled with no problems. The third was missing a leg. (Received 3 of one type of leg and 1 of the other leg). I contacted the company and they were very easy to work with. They promptly sent out another stool and I didnt have to return the original stool. Very pleased with the stools and the customer service.
I also received a small box of Godiva chocolates thanking me for my patience!!! This was a huge surprise. The product is okay
