I bought this stool for my island counter not realizing that the 29 one would be extremely too high for my island counter. I called customer service instead of returning through because thats what it said on the package slip. Melanie was the service rep and she was phenomenal! They ended up shipping me replacements right away! I dont think Ive ever worked with a company that cares so much about their customers. They went above and beyond! AND I love my new stools! Pictures are of the 29 ones. I cant wait until my 24 ones come!
Update: my 24 ones came in and they were the perfect height! I cant recommend enough. Their product is great and so is their customer service. I even got a box of chocolate sent to me several months later! Quality seems to be good so far
