The product is perfect for us! Its soft and comfy and looks great. I need to leave a comment in regards to their customer service (which in this day and age seems non/existent). We purchased 2 stools and one of the stools had a prefabricated screw hole in the wrong place and we couldnt finish the assembly. I contacted to provide direct return instructions as I had already thrown the box away. Their customer service was aming. They responded right away, sent a new stool as well as an apology. Because if this, when buying furniture, I make sure to see if has what Im looking for first. Thank you!! Easy to assemble just takes a while
