has the most excellent customer service! I ordered a stool in June and it had a bit of leg ailment issues. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and fixed the problem fully by replacing the stool. They didnt give me the the run around, fast talk or attitudes. Also the stool is GORGEOUS! Love this product. No issues.
