Came in 3 HUGE boxes. Zero damage to the pieces and all you need is a drill to put this little diddy together. Although it does help to have 2 people to do the arm rests, the design is a little wonky. This is a pretty small couch, definitely double check the measurements to make sure its what you want. Its perfect for small spaces. Of note, when these reviews say the cushions are firm, they mean FIRM. I love it, but not everyone will. Simple and easy to put together.
