The bunk bed arrived on time - it came in two boxes on two different days, as indicated in the listing. One thing to note - even though the loft is in one box and the bed in the other, the instructions for ALL are in one box, and were of course in the second box we received! Everything was in good condition, and the seller was quick to respond when I had a question. The bed is as pictured, and seems more than sturdy enough for kiddos! Good quality and looks great! One thing to note, and this is just an issue with this layout, not necessarily this bed. I wish the ladder were on the end of the loft, as it is a tight fit to get past the ladder and into the lower bed or to the nightstand. But then again, its made for kids, so not an issue unless an adult has to regularly wriggle their way in. :) Happy with the purchase, great value for the money and good customer service.
