The unit arrived quickly and the instruction manual was the best Ive seen with clear pictures and written in proper English. The unit assembled without issue however there was a minor problem with 2 of the door hinges. I emailed to customer service on a Saturday night explaining the problem and I received a response before 7AM Monday morning! They assured me that replacement parts would be provided and after giving them my shipping address responded later that day with a tracking number and the parts arrived on Wednesday. Honestly, I have never seen such responsive support anywhere. Would give this 6 stars if I could.
