Beautiful chair. The expectation versus reality was spot on. I originally thought I was missing a piece for assembly. However I contacted the seller (late at night in the US), and I received a response before I woke up. It turns out I was just given an old set of instructions. If you appear to be missing the F piece, double check that the chair actually needs it for assembly.
Overall, great appearance and comfort (solid, firm support as needed for an office chair), easy assembly, and excellent customer response time. Excellent product!
