Amazing customer service. Package comes in two shipments. Lost some screws for the trundle bed and the clerk sent me a package of screws no charge. Just a beautiful sturdy bed. Not easy to assemble I put it together wrong a few times but I worked it out. Xoxoxo We made a few changes to this item,overall it is good
