Looked at a lot of different cages for our new bunny/ read, a lot of bunnies chew the wood off cages, that is why we went with this one. The bunny visits all three levels, toys are hung from the sides and bunny cant chew the hard plastic/ but she has tried to nibble on it! We have a litter box on the bottom/ we are very pleased with this cage
