This is not the cage you want for a sugar glider. The bars are too wide they escape. There is no easy way to remedy this issue when it comes to a sugar glider. Im disappointed in that how it was advertised to house sugar gliders. With that said, its a quality cage for another animal. Very spacious, easy to clean, sturdy, etc. If the bars were close enough so my animal didnt escape it would have been five stars. However, since it was advertised for sugar gliders it isnt suitable, it gets a lower rating.
