Very Sturdy product. It was super easy to assemble, we did use a drill to screw in the shoe rack and the wooden bars/ it wasnt going to be done with the tools they gave. It only took me 15 minutes to get it all up! We were originally missing the top wooden bar piece where the hats are hung so we emailed the company and they replied the same day and shipped it out the next day!
