I didnt expect a perfect product, but I did expect better than what I got. The instructions were easy to follow, but I had 4 of the screws holding the hooks have the heads twist off and I was not expecting the parts holding the hooks and bar to be separate pieces from the base. The strength of the top half is immediately cut down by their design. Money good to have.
