Arrived quickly, super easy to assemble. Bought 2 and liked them so much I went back to order 2 more. Alas, original color choice no longer available. Had to order 2 others in similar color, but wished they all matched. Nice support, quiet swivel, loving the armrests. Only other complaint is that the feet protectors came off really quickly and needed replacement. Was pleasantly surprised
