This was ordered as a gift for my niece's two young children (ages 3 and 5 years), and within 3 days of assembly the zipper has broken. There a lose thread from the enclosure stitching that wrapped itself into the zipper. Despite freeing it without having to use scissors or anything sharp, one of the zipper teeth broke causing the zip itself to jump the track. Now it cannot be closed at all.
I really wanted to be able to give a better review, but with the zipper breaking so quickly it has really put a damper on. The rest of the trampoline seems sturdy and it didn't take them all that long to put together. The kids also really love it, the size is perfect and the springs are safely covered which is a huge relief. I'm hoping the company will respond to my concern, I submitted the issue to them through the portal for that so hopefully they're willing to help. I will update the review after the issue is resolved.

The company responded back in the allotted 48 hour period and requested pictures, which I submitted. They're sending a brand new net with no additional charge so we're very happy. Great customer service!
