I never leave reviews, good or bad, but this companys customer service has to be the best I have ever dealt with. The trampoline was easy to put together. However, when I put on the net, it was too tight and we couldnt get it to zip. I contacted the company and received a reply immediately. I responded with a couple of pictures of the netting. I had a replacement net on my doorstep the next day! The new net fit great and my girls love jumping on the trampoline. I so appreciated the responsiveness, courtesy, and kindness of the customer service.
