Like most trampolines , this was work to set up. We had to do it on christmas eve so the kids wouldnt see it. Highly reccomend using set up services . Trampoline is what we expected. Directions for set up were confusing. This review is mostly in reguards to whomever fulfilled the order. Shipment came opened and pieces dumped all over the tattered shipment - like it was returned . All were accounted for but very dishelved .
