The trampoline was very easy to install and we have had it for over a year now and the kids love it. We have had terrible wind lately where we live, and one of the netting post bent and then broke. I reached out to the company not knowing what to expect on if they would send a new one out or not, and they have been fantastic. Within a day or two of reaching out I have a tracking number and the post is scheduled to be at my house within a week. This company is fantastic and the customer service is top notch. Highly recommend. Great quality and design for the value
