The chair has an issue. When you tilt it back, it wont stay in place. You sit down, and it snaps forward. Not every time, but 2 -3 times a day. I would not recommend this chair.

I saw that other people had the same problem with this chair as I had. I contacted the company and they successfully resolved the issue.
