We bought this for our kids to lounge in. After a while, my husband and I use it as well. It is sturdy and comfortable enough to withstand my husband, 61 220 lbs. The material is good quality and can also withstand my wiggle worm of a 4 year old. My kiddos like using it with the seat cushion extended out and snuggle with a blanket for a movie. I highly recommend for a kids hang out room or college student. Good deal and was easy to put together.
