The shipping was pretty quick. I was originally sent the wrong color, but the seller was kind enough to send a replacement. I also was refunded $18 for going through the trouble of returning the incorrect item. I did not have to pay anything to send the item back. The frame is super cute, sturdy, and comfortable. I love it!
