The bed is great, solid materials, but the entire thing is put together with a hex key. It took my husband and I are both skilled craftsmen and it took us three hours to get this thing put together securely. I highly recommend getting a hex key set for a hand drill to fully secure the pieces. Great piece of furniture, but be forewarned that it is difficult to assemble. Comfortable Easy assembly
