UPDATE - A customer service representative from reached out to me personally to see what she could do to improve my experience. She immediately had the 2nd half of my sofa shipped. It took another month and half before I received it but Jenny the customer service rep consistently contacted me weekly for updates on the sofa arrival. She also reached out to the delivery company multiple times on my behalf. I finally received the 2nd half and my family and I are elated ! I initially rated the sofa 1 star because of the service but definitely redeemed themselves. The SOFA IS AMAZING. I absolutely love it. Beautiful and Great quality.
I only received half of my sofa and spent a week on the phones being told by some representatives that it was on the way , being told by others that it was not even in the warehouse. I took time off of work multiple days waiting on the second part of my sofa that after multiple times of being guaranteed and rescheduling delivery dates I never did receive a delivery. I really wanted and needed a sofa and now Im stuck with half a sofa which looks ridiculous. I have not heard back from any representative as to where the second portion of the sofa is or when I will be receiving it and it has been over a week. Very dissatisfied. But the sofa itself , well at least the portion I received is lovely.
