update- received the whole sectional and very happy
I love the couch but I only received half of it
. After a 2 week delay in delivery, I only received the couch part and no attached chaise. I called customer service and still waiting for them to call back. horrible experience. I talked to the supervisor and they re-ordered the couch for me and gave me a very nice promotional certificate and e-mailed who responded to my email right away and said if there is a problem with the re-order they will take care of it promptly. So customer service was great. I am waiting for another week for the delivery and will update my review. The half that was delivered is beautiful so I hope I receive the full sectional so I can give this purchase 5 stars. January 25th update The chaise was delivered and the whole sectional is beautiful! Very happy with this purchase. It was worth the wait.
