Needed more room in grandsons room, so this loft bed looked like the perfect fit. We ordered it during the Christmas rush, so it took a little longer to get here. One of the corner pieces had a slight dent in it, but it went against the wall, so not a problem. That being said, the bed is metal, so it seems like it will withstand a teenagers abuse. It took 3 adults to assemble. It is tall enough underneath the loft bed for him to stand up straight. He likes the built in desk area, 2 built in ladders. Great find!!
