Packaging was sloppy. All parts where in good shape. Assembled in about 10 minutes.
Im 6ft, 170 lbs, and it fits like a glove. the sides of the cushion are are uncomfortable when crossing one leg.
After 4 hours of use, the right arm rest broke off. It looks like the screws inside both arm rest where overtightened and striped out the plastic holes. Only a matter of time before the other one breaks off.
said they cant service the warranty or send parts until 30 days after purchase. And says contact Support for replacement parts. So my only option to return the whole thing.
