Shipped in 2 boxes, everything was packed solidly and the pieces looked exactly as described. Had one piece not ship with the boxes and I reached out to the seller who were quick to work with me on fixing the problem, and if I can add, exceptionally polite. Just the customer service alone deserves an extra star, but the product itself is solid. Absolutely has my recommendation. looks beautiful in my entryway
